Welcome!

In 2008, JesusFest is moving from the Tolland County Agricultural Center in Vernon to downtown Rockville. The Lord is leading us to gradually morph the event from a suburban country fair to an urban "block party" celebration.

The festival itself will be held on Saturday, July 12 from 12 noon to 6 pm at Union Congregational Church in downtown Rockville, CT. The schedule will include:

12:00 noon: Welcome by the Rev. Ray Dupere, Pastor of Union Congregational Church.

12:00 - 1:00: Performance by alternative/indie group Scarlet Fade from Bristol, CT with brief gospel message at end.

1:40 - 2:40: Performance by reggae group Songs of Solomon from Woodstock, NY with brief gospel message at end.

3:20 - 4:20: Performance by blue grass/southern gospel group East of Nashville from Enfield, CT with brief gospel message at end.

5:00 - 6:00: Performance by acoustic rock group Selfish Steam from Stafford Springs, CT with closing gospel message at end by JesusFest founder/chairman Drew Crandall.

In the years ahead, we hope to gradually expand the celebration into an urban "block party" utilizing Central Park, Talcott Park, and several side streets in downtown Rockville.
