Carman Tickets

CARMAN TICKET SALES DURING THE MONTH OF MAY:

EFFECTIVE MAY 10, general admission tickets @ $15 each are for sale to local residents, churches, ministries and businesses in the Tri-Town area (Vernon, Tolland, Ellington and surrounding communities). That is because, at its core since the beginning, JesusFest is intended to be a catalyst for local Christian ministry. So we are giving local communities the "first option" to buy tickets.

* Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Because the number of tickets is limited to the seating capacity of the high school auditorium, we are anticipating a rapid sellout.

* No phone or email messages will be considered a "sale." We will consider each ticket request a "sale" when your check arrives, is deposited and clears the bank.

* We are not equipped to take credit card or PayPal payments. Please send your check made payable to "JesusFest" and send to JesusFest, 30 Lafayette Square, Suite 118, Vernon CT 06066. In the memo section of your check, please write "Carman" and the number of tickets you are requesting.

(If you are not from our local area, please do not be upset with us. We can understand your disappointment, but please understand that we are an all-volunteer group that has labored for many years to build the Body of Christ in our local area. The Carman concert is a springboard for JesusFest 2008 in Vernon on Saturday, July 12. After praying for wisdom and exploring the options, we decided this is the best way to handle ticket sales in light of our core mission. Thanks for being patient and gracious with us.)

EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, we will sell remaining tickets with no geographic restrictions.

* Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Because the number of tickets is limited to the seating capacity of the high school auditorium, we are anticipating a rapid sellout.

* We are now offering tickets through two local Christian bookstores, The Armory in Tolland (872-6828) and Majesty Bibles & Books in Manchester (649-3396).

In the event that we sell out, we will add a message on our voicemail (860-872-3190) and update our website. (If the event sells out while your check is in the mail, then we will send you a note and return your check.)
